Street Style ALL Sally Hansen Punk Nail Art Tutorial

I am a member of the Collective Bias®  Social Fabric® Community.  This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper insights study for Collective Bias and their client.
Ok so I feel like I have been talking about this for.. like ..ever (in a Taylor Swift voice) - About how I've wanted to recreate a nail art look inspired by the punk / rock yet chic trend. Most recently seen at the Met Ball in early May 2013.
I mean seriously could Taylor Swift look any more fabulous ??
I am also LOVING the hot pink on Emily Blunt (right)
I knew I needed a few new polishes to be able to create the inspired look I was going for.
Lucky me - starting this week at Walgreens (6/2-6/29) Sally Hansen is on sale - Mix n' Match BOGO 50% off on Insta-Dri, Fuzzy Coat, Sugar Coat, and Nail Art Pens and Xtreme Polishes

Girl you know I was there first thing the day the sale started :-) coupons in hand and ready to go but this is about how I got the Street Style look so go check out my Google + album to see how The kids helped me shop plus the deals we scored by using coupons and my Walgreens Balance Rewards Card.

Anyways as soon as I got home my mother in-law and I began re-brainstorming designs now that we had our color selection in front of us. I literally had dreams that night about my nails, pink everywhere and skulls - it was awesome.
These are polishes I am going to use for this look.

~ Lets Get Started ! ~
For my audio learners check out my video tutorial

1. I started off with either clean nails or a dry base coat.

2. Apply 2 coats of polish to each nail - waiting for them to totally dry in between

3. Using the black nail art pen dot small beads around the pinky nail.

4. Also with the nail art pen create squiggle zebra lines from the center of the nail to the outer edge of the index finger.

5. Dab the plain white polish in the center of the middle fingers nail swirling it into a circle then create a rectangular neck/bottom area.

6. After it totally dry using the nail art pen draw in the skulls eyes and a short line for a nose.

and your done :-)

Don't forget to let it totally dry before protecting your work with a top coat
