  • UPDATE:
So I made my version of these tonight and they were amazing !! To be a bit more kid friendly I did cut down the zucchini into bite sized pieces and baked them in the toaster oven which was my first mistake because they never crisped just kind of got a little gooie but hey they still tasted amazing and the kids ate them !!
I also hadn't realized that we were out of apple juice but I don't think it is needed especially since I did use apple cider vinegar. I didn't add any extra water either, it simmered up perfectly !
This chicken is AMAZING you have to try this recipe out, I know I will be making it again !

Are you guys going to give this recipe a try let me know I'd love to hear your stories !! :-)

  1. Looks good! I had tons of potatoes and squash to cook for the week, so not that exciting (but nutritious!)

  2. These recipes look very tasty. Thanks for sharing!
