Nutrisystem WEEK THREE | Is The Honeymoon Over Already ?

Welcome to my Nutrisystem week three update. This week the Honeymoon phase of this new diet has dissipated. It was difficult this week, much like in the first week to resist cravings. Actually for the most part this week I stuck to the meal plan through out the day - Breakfast, Lunches, Snacks and such. The troubles came at Dinner time. There were several days this week that I skipped a Nutrisystem dinner but instead had a very calculated portion of the dinner I made for the rest of my family. See the video for more details on what that means exactly. 

Most of the Nutrisystem foods I had this week were repeats. 
However, there were some new items I tried that I really liked !

Breakfast : Cinnamon Roll, Golden French Toast  & Buttermilk Waffles. ( These are all frozen items)

Lunch : Meatball Parmesan Melt 

Dinner : Chef’s Table™ Ginger Cashew Chicken, Margherita Pizza &  Pasta Fagioli Soup.
Dessert :  Chocolate Brownie Sundae, Red Velvet Whoopie Pie & Chocolate Chip Cookies

Some items I just was not a fan of that I tried this week - and they are a total person preference thing ! The Dinner pantry foods , Grilled Chicken Breast and the frozen Orange Creme Bar Dessert.

Here I turned my powder Vanilla Protein powder into an icecream but mixing it in a blender with a splash of water and tons of ice cubes. 


Now on to the results !!

Starting weight : 175 lbs
Week THREE weigh in : 168.0

I am down 0.7 lbs from last week and have lost 7.0 lbs overall.

I am very happy about my results this week !! I had a lot more real food this week and still lost weight !! That makes my heart very happy ! 
End of program ( 3 months ) goal weight : 145 lbs
Ultimate goal weight : 125 lbs
