Review - Kiss Nail Dress

received this product complimentary to test and review through Influenster’s VoxBox program and I am glad I did ! I have never used nail art stickers before. I have always hesitated on purchasing a set at the stores since I wasn't familiar with them

Here is some general info about them  -  Just peel, apply, and shape for a manicure that lasts up to a week. On in minutes, off in seconds without remover. Nail Dress is available in 21 different styles, many of them featuring 3-dimensional jeweled designs. Plus skip the topcoat, Nail Dress has it built in. With 28 strips in each package, you can cut up your extras to create designs that can be used on top of polished or artificial nails < I thought this was a cool featureAnd don’t forget about your feet! Nail Dress looks awesome on toes, too.

This is the set I received 'Babydoll' . Opening the package for the first time there is a bit of a fresh plasticy scent but that went away.

It took me a bit to figure out which size would fit each nail. Actually applying them was pretty simple. There is NO drying time.

However, the ones that had less gems on them I found creased much easier than the ones that were fully covered in the gems. I think the gems helped the sturdiness of the sticker.

You can see the creasing here >
I tried smoothing it out but once it creased it stayed that way. I really liked the look of my pinkie finger though !!

Another con was by the time I got to my right hand I was starting to run out of sizes that would fit best. (I started with my left naturally since I am right handed)Yes, there are 28 stickers in the kit, 2 sets of each size but my fingers are kind of on the smaller size, my engagement ring is a 5 1/2 LOL !

My suggestion for KISS would be to include a few more smaller to medium sizes.

Even though I wasn't a huge fan of them, I did wear them through the night and into the next day. From far away they sparkled really nice, but up close the ripples/creases were driving me nuts. They did hold up through me washing my hair - and that's quite a beating on my nails. The ones that were rippled did bubble up a bit after my shower but none peeled off or fell off; and the all sparkle ones that applied nicely still looked great.

I eventually couldn't stand looking at the imperfect ones anymore and removed about half of them. Removal is beyond easy, just peel them off. They didn't leave any stickiness behind either, which I though was great.

Kiss Nail Dress will run you about $7 and is available in all the major retailers like WalMart, CVS and Walgreens.

Now you know me and my love for bargains, so I found an awesome deal on these !!

Head over to Beauty Online Supply and pick out which print you like ... Like I said before I recommend the ones with the most gems on them :-) I think I am going to get the one called Peplum. Anyways, add it to your cart and use promo code VOXBOXHOL. You will get 50% and FREE SHIPPING!  Which makes them $3.50 each :-)
Offer expires : 1/31/13

Let me know if you have tried these or if you order them which ones you picked out !
